INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior design creates spaces that are attractive, functional, and safe while meeting the specific needs of each client. This includes creating a floor plan, furniture layout, and fixtures in order to create a specified look and feel of a space. Also involved is the specification of furniture, fixtures, and finishes, and coordinating of their installation. Elements such as artwork, lighting, window treatments and flooring must work together to contribute to an overall look to satisfy the client's needs. A color palette is used to bring together and generate the flow of all the design elements.
SUSTAINABLE DESIGN
A sustainable design can be implemented in order for the products to have a low environmental impact, to reduce energy consumption and waste, to improve indoor air quality, to improve energy and water efficiency, and to design with efficient use of space in mind. Sustainable design projects focus on balancing aesthetics and functionality with choices to reduce environmental impact.
CORPORATE DESIGN
A corporate design aims to create both practical and professional workplaces that incorporates the company's brand and style taking into account COVID proctocols. A variety of settings, from very small offices and start-ups, to very large corporate buildings and warehouses can be accomodated. Regardless of the size and scope of the project, the focus is to create a space that is well-organized and purposeful. Additionally, the comfort of the employees and clients is accomodated through the placement of computers, desks, computer chairs and office equipment to create a conducive work environment.
KITCHEN & BATH DESIGN
Kitchen and bath design are turnkey-projects that involve creating, remodelling, or updating the kitchen and bathroom area of a client's home. It includes sourcing and fitting cabinets, fixtures, appliances, plumbing, building materials, and electrical solutions. Themes, colours, patterns, and room layout is discussed with the client, which will result in sketches and drawings based on those discussions. Once a project has started, the aim is to keep all expenses within the client's budget.
